Interview with Tina Mir (@tina_miir)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I have five years of experience in modeling mainly runway fashion shows and catalog shoots. I was crowned as Miss India Georgia 2017. I have also taken part in a couple of music and dance videos.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

The most interesting story and experience I have was when I had my very first live performance on stage in the Atlanta symphony hall. The positive energy and feedback which I received from the audience live while I was performing is indeed the most beautiful feeling and experience of my life.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

I want to tell all the girls who have a passion for modeling and acting that the first thing is to have faith and believe in yourself. Nothing in this world is impossible, we can achieve our biggest dreams with hard work, gratitude, and self courage.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

There are always genuine people in each specific industry that you’d love to work in, who are willing to help newcomers. I was lucky enough to have a chance to start my modeling career with one of the most famous designers Almas Hamirani who picked me as her showstopper for one of her biggest runway fashion shows. Her show made news on a few high brand newspapers and right after that, I started receiving offers from other agencies and individuals.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

In every and each post of my Instagram I always share positive and encouraging captions for my audience because that’s what I believe that the more positively we give to the world the much more positively and love, we receive in return.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

The most important lesson I learned is to always be grateful for what you have and no matter how high you achieve your goals staying humble, have gratitude, and be in touch with your fans and well-wishers is very important.
