Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
My life has been anything but peachy, my gift stems from the tragedies in my life that I have conquered with no fear, written and put into song, to help others have the strength and courage to do the same. To believe in themselves no matter what life throws their way.
Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?
I got to smoke a private joint with Wiz Khalifa at his own release party. That was pretty cool.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
To believe they can do anything, put their mind to it, and follow-through. Not to listen to too many opinions, always keep your head down, stay humble, and rise with grace. Silence wins.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
Big Percy, Snoops closest friends, and manager, has been representing me for a few years now. We have shared countless memories, and he has truly helped me tremendously in all aspects of this crazy journey. My favorite story would be when Percy and I and a few friends were at the neon festival during Coachella and we got to enjoy a private carnival all to ourselves and he won me and my friend’s multiple stuffed animals!
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I have used my success and my social outlets to express my opinions on a huge spectrum of different topics. Such as animal safety, donating to numerous tragedies and causes I believe in, I have run shelters and fed multiple people in different states out of my own pocket for nothing in return but love in my heart, I plan to do a lot more, this is just the beginning.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
“Method to my Madness.” I have this tattooed on me, from one of my favorite writers Shakespeare. I enjoy this play tremendously because it depicts the glory of the victim playing the fool to rise to power. I myself have multiple stages to my personality and the way I move through life in general, and this quote is what I live my life by. Though the way I am maybe odd to others, somehow I always find myself at the top and oddly a trendsetter in the end.
