Interview with Dallas Andrews (@dallasandrews)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I really have a passion to help other business owners/ entrepreneurs get exposure on social media to buy them with consistently delivering value To their audiences. I then decided to start a business Called EXPOSED MEDIA to be a resource for a business owner to create thumb-stopping content with videos and other types of content they can use for their social media pages. At the end of the day, Exposed Media helps them appear as an authority in their industry in the eyes of their audience.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I’ve helped two businesses get so much exposure on social media that they were featured on local news outlets because they were discovered on social media. These news outlets saw their content and assumed they were the authority in their industry to have them come on to their channel to cover a certain segment pertaining to their industry.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Niche down to a specific client or industry. This will make the experience more enjoyable for the business itself and the customer.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I went to a conference that had Gary Vaynerchuk and Tony Robbins Speak. Gary Vee talked to a small group of us in a room eating lunch together, He basically told me content is what everyone needs to be 100% focused on putting out right now. He also mentioned that it’s about putting 100 hooks out there not just making and posting content here and there. It’s about many deposits of content consistently. This meeting really inspired me, because I was already helping a hand full of business owners do this. But after hearing Gary Vee talk. My biggest take away was everyone in the room could literally because of a client of mine. Because I was a business doing just that for people. Helping them stay committed to posting good content consistently. Gary Vaynerchuk really had an impact on me and my business. I am so glad I decided to go to this conference to see him speak and meet him!

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Yes, I have. I have donated to my local church and an organization called Sons of Arizona that helps kids in need all across the state of Arizona. In my first year of being apart of Sons of Arizona, we raised nearly $100,000 in one day from a golf tournament that benefited the Boys and Girls of Northern Scottsdale Arizona. This year Exposed Media will be a sponsor of Sons of Arizona’s next Beach Olympics event.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“How you do anything is how you do everything”. I’ve always wanted to have a well-rounded life in all aspects of my life. So I’ve used this quote to shape my foundation. Every day I put in the work for my relationships with my wife and kids. I put in the work for my body and health by eating healthy and working out every day, I put in the work into my professional relationships and my business. By showing up every day in all these aspects of my I’ve created a lot of positives and growth within my life. Becoming a success in my business, a great husband to my wife, an awesome father to kids, and just a great friend to all those around me is just the bi-product of the person I’ve become over the consistent deposits of doing the work in all aspects of my life on a daily basis. This quote basically tells me, that if I put in the work in one aspect of my life I’ll have the leverage to do the same in all aspects of my life!
