Interview @ Jobchain

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Our team is composed by international experts with a strong background in the fields of fintech and cyber security. We have been collaborating in some blockchains projects in the past and we thought that enabling users to be able to manage their own funds and get their salaries in cryptocurrency will be of great use for them.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

There are a lot of scammers in the cryptocurrency business. The most interesting and hard thing is to digest and accept that those people are all over the place and also to handle all of the hackers trying to attack us for their benefit.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

It’s very important to let the things happen in the right time. We can push eventually, when the right time comes, but in the meanwhile, the company has to grow organically. Keep the balance between working hard while having moments in your day to relax is key so as not to burn out so quickly.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Yes. I believe that the people that impact our life the most are not only our family and friends, but those that, without expecting it, believe in you. We had several of those people along the way that we would like to thank. Having them in our corner was key for our development.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

This is precisely our own objective. Allowing everyone to have a way to store their funds securely while have an opportunity to work and receive their salary in a currency that cannot be manipulated by any government.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

My favorite I guess is “Cerca Trova”. “Search and you will find” Sometimes, and because of our tendency for comfort and security we avoid searching and go after what we really want. Thanks to our persistence to discover, explore and look for the good people and things in life, we can now offer something reliable, trustworthy and transparency.
