Giuseppe Trombino (@fuckhyden)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

My name is Giuseppe Trombino, I’m Born in Tivoli, a Little Town near Rome. In my city, I’m known as Hyden. My passion for music began in 2009 at the age of 12, when after the death of Michael Jackson I started by chance to listen to some of his songs. It was love at first sight! Soon I started to know every single song on every single album by heart, and within a few years, I was able to reproduce every single dance step. I wanted to be like him, I wanted to sing as well as him .. so, day after day, without even sleeping at night, I practiced singing, getting better and better, piece by piece. From diaphragmatic breathing to vocal extension… everything had to be perfect. A few years pass, we arrive in 2014 to be precise, where I began to approach rap. Growing up I learned to embrace all music in every single genre. For me, there was a new challenge to face: learning to rap. About a year later, after graduation, with my first job, I started buying my first recording instruments. It was time to make myself heard. Over the years the passion has turned on more and more, and after years of self-taught and a few courses, I have come to what I am today. Singer, Rapper, Producer, and Dancer.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

Just a few months ago I started working for Ghali (a very famous artist in Italy) as a Ghost Producer.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Work hard, fall, and then get up, without giving up … finding strength in failures. The strength to always do better.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I and my family, who have never stopped believing in me.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

With my music, and my words. I believe that what I write touches people’s hearts .. people are reflected in it.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

There is an Italian aphorism that says: Colui che ama, fa tutto senza fatica, oppure ama la sua fatica. (He who loves, does everything effortlessly, or loves his fatigue). This phrase has always helped me in times of difficulty.
