Interview with Juhi Sharma (@rjjustjuhi)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path? 

My love to spread love and happiness brought me to be a radio Jockey and for the last 13 years that I have been associated with radio & media, I have been doing what I love.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this? 

When I hear feedback from radio listeners that I have made difference in their life like getting them through a difficult phase in a foreign country.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”? 

Work with integrity, daily its an opportunity to excel. Keep doing your job with the faith of rising and without expectations and if your work deserves it, you will reach the heights of your career.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story? 

Indeed there have been people always who have supported me during my journey starting from my parents, family, husband, colleagues, household, my dogs, my admirers & people who gave me constructive criticism as feedback.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world? 

I have utilised time and again my position to help out people by my radio shows talks whenever possible to encourage people to sail through difficult times, infotain and entertain people looking for a company in their times of loneliness.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life? 

I have miles to go before I sleep. Every time someone tells me that I started my journey at a small position and I have managed to reach a point to be able to influence people, I use this phrase and I completely mean it.
