Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

When I was a kid my parents would take me to concerts all the time; the first concert I ever went to was to see Bruce Springsteen when I was 5 years old. I knew at a very young age I wanted to play the guitar, and through life experiences, I knew I had to do it professionally.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

One time while on tour I was playing a show in Lodi, CA. After my set, a girl asked me if she could lick my face. I said sure why not haha.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

It’s important that you pace yourself and not wear yourself to thin. It’s very easy to overwork yourself.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My parents have always been my biggest support. They’ve raised me to stay focused, determined, and follow-through. Without them, I wouldn’t be where I am.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

About 8 years ago my band members and I started a music-based nonprofit called Reverse The Trend to help kids dealing with bullying and thoughts of suicide. It was a really rewarding experience that I still focus on to this day.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

I don’t know if there is a specific quote that I’ve held onto, but I’ve always relied on my faith to guide me.
