Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

My own PCOS diagnosis drove me to share my story and raise awareness around the condition to help other women like me.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I have helped thousands of women understand their bodies more and be able to balance their hormones and fall pregnant naturally.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Always make time for yourself, even just 15mins to for a walk is so powerful.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My husband Jesse has always been Supportive of my many different business and career choices, but most of all he supported during the hardest part of my life – my PCOS diagnosis. He was also the one who encouraged me to create my hormone balancing teas such as Cysterhood and Mamahood.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I help women to educate and inform women every day about their bodies and their hormones so that they can take charge of their health and help manage their PCOS. My own struggles lead me to create my Hormone balancing herbal blend – Cysterhood Tea and it has enabled so many women to balance their hormones, manage their PCOS symboled, and boost their fertility 100% naturally.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

This too shall pass- something I told myself on the hardest days especially when my newborn son Flynn was born and I was having issues breastfeeding. It actually inspired me to create my breastfeeding and postpartum herbal tea- Mamahood.
