Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Hi, I am an Apple Certified Support Professional I have passed all the certifications, I work at Apple.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I help people every day, for all people. Children, old adults.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Be patient, listen, be polite.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Obviously! My parents always pushed me to move forward. They always believed in me. Before Apple, I worked at Google. And all thanks to their faith. They always invested in me and bought me everything I needed

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

With the help of my success in the field, I pass on the knowledge I have acquired to anyone who asks for my help. Besides, I’m developing apps.

My applications have gained a lot of publicity.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

I really like the quotes from Steve Jobs. He knew how to work and be generous to his customers.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

My followers come from a lot of places. From the private work of developing my games that have gained a lot of publicity and also from working at Apple – this is how they turn for help after work.
