Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Musician, Political Activist, Writer, Mental Health Advocate. I grew up in a film, and I’ve navigated the industry for a long time. I was originally born in NY, and reside in Los Angeles, CA.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I’ve had the amazing experience of touring, getting amazing press written, making a web series, and being very involved with Showing Up For Racial Justice (SURJ) that’s the most rewarding work I’ve ever done.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

I tell everybody to be authentic. That will keep them from “burn out.”

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I’m grateful to my Production Team, my Music Partners, my friends, and my fans. I’m very grateful for everybody who’s helped me on my amazing journey.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

That’s all I do. It’s why I’m an Activist and do tons and tons of Volunteer work for Showing Up For Racial Justice (SURJ).

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Stand up for what you believe in, even if you’re the only one standing.”
