Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

There are 2 main reasons. The one being my grandpa who was a super producer in South Africa during the 60s, 70s, and 80s. His love for music is what got me started. The second is that my mom lived in Mykonos for over 10 years and so she became friends with a lot of DJ’s in which I have met and love their way of life.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

The most interesting story that I can think of was when I was DJ’ing in a Bar in Mykonos and seeing all the happy faces in front of me, seeing all those smiling faces has to be one of the biggest motivations that I have felt.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

As an upcoming Producer/DJ all I can say is don’t give up as failure comes more than success in this industry but the key is always to learn from it and strive to be your best at all times. Enjoy what you do and don’t let others get in your way of what you want to be. But always put yourself first and never put your health at risk as the music industry is a busy game.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My 2 biggest fans are my parents and that is all I could have ever asked for because it’s not an easy path to take as a career. I think the day I knew I wanted to become a DJ was when I came upon this festival called Tomorrowland and by watching the happy faces in the crowd and the joy that the DJ’s brought to these people and that’s when I started making music.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

My ultimate goal is to bring joy and happiness to the world in which I hope my music can do that. I want my music to bring people together as sports do.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

I think my biggest life quote has to be by Muhammad Ali in which he says “service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth”. This quote resonates with me because Muhammad Ali is my biggest icon and the message hits me hard because I want my music to be the service that I can give people.
