Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Even as a kid, I fantasized about my garage where I would have my favorite car models. And then as a child, I made car collections but from toys. Now I’m trying to collect all those cars that I dreamed of as a child, and I’m honestly doing well in that.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

One of the interesting stories is from half a year ago, when I traveled to buy a car BMW 850 B12 ALPINA, it is the only car that was an adequate rival to Ferrari in the ’90s and very few of these models were produced. I was sitting in a cafe with friends and a link arrived from my business associate from Germany where that model was put up for auction. There were many other brands and models owned by one old collector.

A few days later, a call arrived from a house that had the authority to sell cars to the family of the late collector. I traveled with my associates to Germany to participate in the auction for this vehicle. I knew the vehicle would be mine, I was willing to pay much more than the other participants, to make my boyhood dream come true. Of course, I won the auction and asked to pick up my vehicle, as soon as possible. But the family of the late collector asked me to wait, they wanted to convey the request of the late owner to me. They told me that the car was never in the rain, that the late collector drove it only on special occasions and that no one ever to light a cigarette in that car. Which was one of his wishes, that no one ever did it? Their plea was that if I could, I too would never allow it. If they ask too much of me, let it be at least until I leave Germany.

I said I was a non-smoker by the way. And I promised I would never light a cigarette in that car for the rest of my life. The feeling when taking over the car was special and with a lot of emotion. I felt like that car had always been mine.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

I would recommend everyone who does the same job to take care of when they go to buy a vehicle and to take a good look at what they are buying.

Wherever I go to buy a vehicle, I take with me top experts in car mechanics who watch and test the vehicle together with me. When I initially went and traveled, I was sometimes deceived, so it is better to pay the trip for someone else because two see better than one.

I have been to various countries and situations where vehicle dealers wanted to hide corrosion, to cheat for VAT refunds, and the like.

When you come to see the car, be sure to first check the transmission and brakes, as well as the tires on the car, These things save a man on the road, you have to be careful. Because with such a car, you need to go on a trip to your country.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Of course, I would agree with you. In my situation was my father who always made me do my best and achieve what I imagine with his support.

I am also someone who has never gambled and abused the trust of another person, so I would advise anyone who gets trust and support from someone at the very beginning, never abuse it, as well as never forget who was with him as he went to his goals.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I have always tried to forgive anyone who cheated on me in business, and I never wanted to cheat or sell a car in bad condition, which is not safe for the road, and in that way make money or reimburse the costs of the cheating that happened to me.

My mechanics always took care of the car, changed all the bad parts on it, so that the car was in excellent condition. Many times I have been in a loss of money because of it, but it doesn’t matter, it’s important that I know I can sleep peacefully.

I am sincerely glad that I sold over 1000 cars without anyone coming back dissatisfied or that I heard that something bad happened to his car. It is something that makes me proud and has brought me only good in life and business because I built the brand Kalezic Cars which is known in the countries of the former Yugoslavia as one of the best places to buy a car.

Many famous actors, athletes, singers, and politicians buy vehicles from me. They are all my best recommendation.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

I have of course, and on this occasion, I used this “YOU’RE BORN AN ORIGINAL, DON’T DIE A COPY”!

In life, everything I do, I do in my own way. I give everything a personal stamp. I educate myself, of course, on the examples of other successful people, but I always look to improve the service I provide and raise it to an even higher level.

This brings long-term advantage in every segment of life, recognizability of the way and quality of service I provide in this and some other jobs are always primary for me.
