Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I have always loved being around people and helping my friends apply for jobs so it was a natural fit for me to go into HR.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

Working at Parliament was an amazing opportunity and I really enjoyed working with the state politicians to help them run their office and service the people of NSW.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Having a healthy work-life balance goes a long way to help assist this. But also working with a great group of people like these days we all work long hours but I believe people make a huge difference.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I would say my first manager out of university at my first job. She really pushed me to try my best every day and taught me how to be successful in the industry.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I like to give back to the community and love helping young people transition from university to the workplace by helping them prepare and submit their job applications.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“You only get out what you put in” – I say this quote every day to everyone and I believe that the more effort you put in the more you get out of it.
