Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I started doing carpentry & charity projects with my dad & grandad and it carried on from there!

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

We have just recently completed a project for a local hospice free of charge. With an average age of 30-50 years old that go there for the end of life care, it’s the least we could do for the amazing staff.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Take time to listen and learn. Try not to rush and make time for everyone from a cleaner to a CEO.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My Grandad, he was the best man I’ve ever met and the most compassionate.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

We are patrons for a charity @thelucyraynerfoundation which brings awareness and help to sufferers for mental health. This is my goal to be able to reach more people to spread awareness.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

What’s done is done. What’s gone is gone. One of life’s lessons is always moving on. It’s okay to look back to see how far you’ve come but kept moving forward”.

Amazing words from my mother helped me many of my time through my teens.
