We are a digital marketing agency – We are Australia’s #1 rated Diamond Hubspot Partner. We specialise in Marketing sales and customer service. Neighbourhood breaks the services it offers into three major categories, Finding, Selling, and Keeping people.
Finding people is any sort of front-facing marketing, the goal of which is to bring people into the business. From paid advertising to website design, to branding – anything that helps a brand find like-minded people and therefore potential customers, comes under the ‘Find’ umbrella. Selling to people is any activity that is directly related to the sales process, moving someone from lead status to customer status. This generally encompasses support services such as sales enablement, training, development of sales pipelines, and lead nurturing. Keeping people covers the actions that a brand can take to keep customers postpurchase. Most often defined as ‘Service’, keeping is directly related to actions that can turn customers into promoters for a brand and includes things like support ticketing, journey mapping, knowledgebase development, and more.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Break down their marketing and sales efforts into 3-month blocks and measure and learn from the results.

Together we have helped hundreds of businesses across Australia systemise and consolidate their CRM platforms and automate their marketing, sales, and customer service operations. Recently we attended the Global Hubspot conference “Inbound” in Boston. Where partners from across the globe come and work together to assist their clients to “Grow Better”.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
