Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I always thrived being around talent and found a creative outlet in talent management, and discovering young, fresh talent, whether political or music. I worked with radio and reality hosts for a while and now work with a political talent as in the talent management department at The Daily Wire.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I ended up marrying my political passion and hobby for music. I’d say the craziest stories are the ones that talent would loose trust in me for sharing.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

I hate when people say never give up, but if you’re unsure in what your doing or can’t find sustainability in that field, I’d recommend finding any angle that centers around your passion, and that can also function as a career.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My parents are the biggest driving force for any success I’ve achieved. They never hesitated to encourage me to follow what felt right. Obviously, I wouldn’t be here without my trusting talent, the guidance of my heroine, Judy McGrath, and the apple of my eye, Shania Twain.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I dig into anything I commit to whole-heartedly. I’ve worked on political campaigns since I’m 16, and haven’t stopped volunteering on local and presidential campaigns since.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Find your self-esteem and be forever free to dream.” As introverted as someone like me might be, success is only given to those who help themselves. I didn’t appreciate this quote until I finally had to find my self-esteem to give me the confidence to be less introverted and push beyond my comfort zone.
