Interview with Caelle Alexis (@caellealexis)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Since I was little I would be dreaming about me being a top model. Since then I decided to follow my goals and striving to be a top model and an actress.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

Since I started doing that career path I started to get some amazing results like a press release on some big networks, sponsorships and brands are asking me to be featured on my Instagram page. I started to see a lot of success coming my way.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

I would advise them when they’re working on their goals to not acknowledge failure. When they fail to learn from it and move on to the next moment.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I am grateful to my mother. She is the one person who’s inspiring me to always get what I want, and she’s always motivated me to be a better version of myself. Without the help of my mother, I wouldn’t be able to get there. Even though she’s pregnant, my mother would still go to work, tirelessly and get disrespected from her boss and other employees. She would always tell me that she doesn’t want that kind of life that she has for me. She wants me to better, and follow what’s interested me. My mother attracted COVID-19 from her job and yet, she was still there telling me how amazing life is, and I should live it amazingly with what’s passion me. From the bottom of my heart, I am very grateful to my mother continuously helping me along the way.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

When the young folks are messaging me and asking me about my lifestyle and see how happy I am and the positive mindset of mine throughout life. I helped them to have more confidence in themselves, and tell them to take actions every day towards their goals.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

The best quote lesson I got from life is that “ Everyone wants to be successful until they see what it actually takes”. That is relevant to me because I discovered that 97% of the world won’t do the work it takes to be successful. The truth Is I used to be liked that sitting around and saying that “ I want to be successful” and not taking any actions towards my goals.
