Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I had extreme fatigue and anxiety. I did not want to take medications so I turned to my diet. I found that eating right and living a certain lifestyle changed my health for the better.
Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?
I dropped 25 pounds from 2015 to 2016 just eating vegan and following a certain diet.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
I would recommend that they eat in abundance and not restrict calories. Fruit and vegetables are registered through the body differently than carbs and other foods. The body is meant to be burning these great foods.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I would say God has really allowed me to see how I can turn around my life for the better and to have faith in things unseen.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
Yes. I am volunteering some time each week to share how to grow your own food and to promote wellness through the community in different ways.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
“Resilience is what keeps you going” – we must remember to keep going and not get stuck or comfortable in the things we cannot change or do anything about. It is relevant to my life because Going through different things I have learned to get back up and try again.
