Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

My uncle started “K Media” in 2004. He produced artistic, educational, and sporting events and a great scale in Puerto Rico. As I was growing up I saw these magnificent events happening and wanted to pursue the same path.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

The most interesting or rewarding thing that has happened in my career was to produce the number 1 “tropical” artist from Colombia – Silvestre Dangond. At the age of 23, I was given this amazing opportunity that got me to a respectable level.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Taking time for themselves and spending time with their family will give you the strength to keep going.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

For sure. I’ve always been grateful for the people around me and my mentors. Some of my mentors have been great artists, producers, and managers from the industry that give me ideas and guidance to get to the next level.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I always find time to help others. Every thanksgiving I and my employees cook and give out food to the homeless on our island.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“The show must go on” is my favorite quote. Being in the entertainment industry is something we say a lot. Things always change in the industry and we have to adjust quickly and keep moving.

How can our readers follow you on social media?
