Interview with Stephane Chirol (@dukevladislav)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

TITRA FILM – Established in 1933, TITRA FILM is the world pioneer in subtitling. In 2007, the company moved to a new site in Saint-Ouen which allows for its technological evolution (digital cinema, new media, dubbing).

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

For 85 years, TITRAFILM is proud to serve Netflix, Amazon, DreamWorks, Warner Bros, Paramount, Disney, Universal Studios, 20th Century Fox, Sony Columbia.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

TITRAFILM offers the full range of technical services dedicated to the production, distribution, sale, and broadcast of feature films and video programs: From editing to the storage, laboratory work to broadcast-ready materials.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I worked with Sebastien Brunet on the image post-production of the 3D series of “Maya the bee”, a Studio 100 Animation / TF1 / ZDF copro. He turned out to be a partner who listened to our expectations: he put very good technicians at our service who delivered quality work while respecting production and delivery deadlines. He got us good rates for the requested service. So, by working with him, no bad surprises in perspective and especially you will benefit from his good humor and his enthusiasm which always do good in our crazy days!

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

We work constantly in activities with no limitations of age or language because we think everyone has a rich story to tell.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

Don’t go against the storm, instead learn to dance with it.

How can our readers follow you on social media?
