Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

A desire to help kids with disabilities in school.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

We have stopped bullying and saved kids’ lives. We have also helped kids with special needs attend private schools that they would otherwise not be able to attend.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

As hard as it is, try not to become too emotionally invested in a case. Keep it analytical. But some times that can be impossible because you are dealing with some really amazing kids.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My mother, is an educator and taught me to be compassionate.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Everything we gain from the business, we put back into the business to help it grow so we can assist more families of kids with disabilities.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

Be Kind. That’s it, just be kind. the rest will follow.
