Interview with Kenneth Pawlukiewicz (@kennypowerz11)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I always loved to be a people person. You never know what a person is going through and a simple laugh or smile can really help them out. I always loved to make people laugh, going back to my college days it nothing but laughs for me and my friends. Everyone would want to be around me because of how much fun I was and the humor i put out there for people to know.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I would volunteer at a local YMCA in my town and I loved working with the kids. Making sure the kids and their parents had a good time and all filled with joy and laughter would always make my day. Once I got a full time position I kept this trend going making more kids and parents wanted to come to my classes and have a great fun time with me.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

You have to do what makes you happy. Do not get burnt out or stressed out based upon other peoples viewpoints or where they are in their lives. You have to focus on you and know that with what ever you are doing you are happy doing it.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I am grateful for my sister. She only wanted the best for me growing up and I respect that. One main lesson she taught me was to always be true to myself because she was always true to herself and I respected that so much. She never changed for anyone or in any situation, she was always herself. That’s what I inspire to me and do, staying true to myself no matter what.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Yes I have. To my community, my jobs and my family.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

My best friend who recently passed away always told me you have to have a plan in life. ” you always have to have a plan A, B, C and D”. This was embedded in my brain and heart. It has gotten me to where I am in my life now because I always like to have a back up plan to my back up. It made me become even more prepared for life and work. I couldn’t thank her enough for this and miss her each day.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

They can follow my Instagram at kennypowerz11 and if they DM I do try my best to leave none of my DM messages unanswered because once again you never know what a response can mean to a person.
