Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

After going through the journey that I had to endure battling substance abuse, I decided to try and give back to anyone that wants to improve their health and well being.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I had been struggling with addiction for years and overdosed twice at a young age. After seeing my mother in the hospital, I finally woke up after my last overdose, and the pain in her eyes, I realized that this was my rock bottom and I wanted to live, not just for myself, but also for my mom.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Never give up and try to balance work, life, and family. Self-care and support are vital keys to staying a successful person in life, for both yourself and those around you.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

When I was in a rehabilitation program, Demi Lovato visited the facility. She was there to be encouraging and supportive due to her own struggles and had a tremendous effect on my perspective on how life can improve if I would only allow it. The opportunity at that time, allowed me to realize that I wanted to try to do the same thing for others.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I have tried and will continue to try to bring awareness to the sickness that is plaguing our society. I am also trying to help as many people as I possibly can.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose” – Lyndon B. Johnson

The realization of the fact that I am unable to change my past gives me the courage to inspire a better tomorrow.
