Interview with Jack Safar

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

It’s in my blood and has been from a very young age.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I’ve encountered some amazing people and have formed new relationships with some really interesting and inspiring people who have caused me to take a step back and constantly reevaluate where I want to head next in my life.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Treat every single day as a fresh start with new opportunities to prove to yourself you have what it takes and accomplish bigger and better things for yourself and others who are reliant on you.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My grandparents shared so much about their lives during the Great Depression and during wars, it made me realize that life hasn’t always been easy. They had to make sacrifices along the way.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I pride myself on giving back not only to my community but also to my fellow humans. Americans are so fortunate to have access to medicine, clean water, and so many other things that we take for granted.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

Some days you are the bug and some days you are the windshield. —Sometimes you falter but as long as you have a positive attitude and forward momentum you will succeed.
